*SPOILER ALERT* Both couples bring good news to the table!
Let’s highlight the key recap points from episodes 45 and 46 of “It’s Beautiful Now”.
“It’s Beautiful Now” Episodes 45 & 46 Recap:
- Yoon Jae and Hae Joon rush to clean up all the baby toys that they’ve shipped to their home. When Kyung Ae sat on the couch, she found a baby shoe and was surprised to find such a thing at a home where there is no baby. Yoon Jae makes a lame excuse and tells her he bought it in advance but Kyung Ae doesn’t quite understand. Meanwhile, Min Ho and Kyung Chul are at home and are really worried about Kyung Ae not coming home.
- When Hyun Jae gets to work, Hae Joon talks about how Kyung Ae came to her first when she got into a fight with Min Ho. Hae Joon feels special and she wants to keep it that way.
- Soo Jae packs side dishes Kyung Ae made to give it to Yu Na. Kyung Ae is livid to even hear her name but Soo Jae tells her that Yu Na went under surgery on her leg, trying to save Soo Jae from a fast stroller. Kyung Ae asks how they met again but Soo Jae doesn’t tell Kyung Ae the truth (Soo Jae helped Yu Na with her troublesome younger brother). Soo Jae brings a lunch box to Yu Na and even helps her walk to the macaron shop.
- Soo Jae picked up Yu Na from the macaron shop to help her get home. Yu Na firmly tells Soo Jae that she would have helped anyone in danger, not just Soo Jae. So, she doesn’t want him to get the wrong signal from her. Yu Na suddenly gets a phone call from Jung Hoo, and he visits Yu Na to give her food where he encounters Yu Na and Soo Jae together. (Awkward situation!)
- Mi Rae keeps getting nauseated for some reasons and keeps on retching with any types of food so, she visits the gynecologist to check if she is pregnant. Afterwards, she visits Hyun Jae and hands him a picture of their baby. Mi Rae is pregnant! Hae Joon in the other room is eating ice cream thinking how happy Kyung Ae and Min Ho will be after telling them about the baby. Mi Rae also shares this great news with Soo Jung and Jung Ja. Coincidently, both Hyun Jae’s and Yoon Jae’s babies are both 5 weeks old. SO CRAZY.
- Mi Rae and Hae Joon both visit Kyung Chul’s house to announce a great news. When Mi Rae tells everyone first, that she’s pregnant, Hae Joon feels a bit pressured and regrets not being the first one to tell everyone about her pregnancy, so she spurts out about her pregnancy too! When Hae Joon shows everyone the sonogram, all the attention shifts to Hae Joon. Everyone is happy to have two grandchildren at once!
- Both couples are very happy about the babies. Yoon Jae starts to have morning sickness instead of Hae Joon, and Mi Rae starts to have morning sickness. They both worry for the ones who have the morning sickness. Soo Jung takes a visit to Mi Rae’s place to drop off food that she might like. Kyung Ae also cooks several side dishes to give to Mi Rae. She calls Mi Rae and asks if she can visit the home and Mi Rae gladly says yes, sharing the front door security password with Kyung Ae. When Kyung Ae enters her home, she encounters Soo Jung and faces a very awkward situation. Hyun Jae is a bit startled that Mi Rae shared the home password with both mothers, Soo Jung And Kyung Ae. Soo Jung and Kyung Ae sit awkwardly at Hyun Jae place.
- Yoon Jae seems to have a real hard time with her morning sickness. Yoon Jae finally found one thing she can eat without feeling nauseated, and that was cherry tomatoes.
- Soo Jung (Jung Eun) and Kyung Chul seem to get closer and closer. Kyung Chul takes real good care of his health now that he found his biological daughter, and Soo Jung also went to the hospital to get health checkup.
- Kyung Ae goes grocery shopping because, now that both her sons’ wives are dealing with their pregnancies, she has a lot to prepare for their meals. Yu Na also goes grocery shopping with the help of Jung Hoo’s. When Kyung Ae spots Yu Na she hides and leaves abruptly. Kyung Ae is a little concerned about the fact that Yu Na was with Jung Hoo.
- Soo Jung gets a call from the hospital asking Soo Jung to come back for the results. Min Ho assures her nothing bad will happen. When Soo Jung meets the doctor, the doctor tells her very shocking news. He tells her she has liver cancer… They are lost for words…
“It’s Beautiful Now” Episode 47 Trailer Breakdown:
Mi Rae asks Kyung Ae to babysit the baby when he/she is born.
Yoon Jae has a bruised eye and is jokingly telling people he got it from Hae Joon.
The doctor warns Mi Rae to rest well since the baby’s heartbeat seems slower than normal.
The doctor tells Soo Jung, once she feels the pain then it is probably way too late. Her only option is to have a liver transplant.
Jung Hoo, Min Ho, and everyone in the family wants to help out Soo Jung with the transplant. But Mi Rae is not yet aware of this sad news.
Whoever can donate the liver in the family, urgently has to give Soo Jung the transplant in order for her to live. Soo Jung is in disbelief…
Why, all of sudden, do we have such sad news!! GOD!! I thought since we only have a few episodes left of this series it would end with a happy ending, but the writer just threw a sad element right in!
