Here are the highlights of episodes 15 & 16 of “Our Golden Days” starring Jung Il Woo, Jung In Sun, and Yoon Hyun Min.
“Our Golden Days” Episodes 15 & 16 Recap:
Eun Oh, detached and businesslike, agrees to partner with Ji Hyuk through a notarized contract. Ji Hyuk is a bit surprised by her cold, professional attitude. He then brings in some of his former colleagues to join a new project.
Meanwhile, Su Bin continues her search for a “knight in shining armor” through a dating agency. But with her current job as a video creator, it feels nearly impossible to find someone. When she tells Seong Jae she plans to fake a business card to pose as a full-time employee at a major company just to meet a wealthy man, he is shocked and worried. Still, realizing how desperate she is, Seong Jae reluctantly offers her a temporary position at one of his franchise shops, allowing her to appear to have a legitimate job for a month.
Seong Jae also begins visiting the cafe where Eun Oh works, which unsettles Ji Hyuk. Curious, Seong Jae often asks why Ji Hyuk offered to partner with Eun Oh, but Ji Hyuk avoids answering.
Elsewhere, Yeong Ra and her mother, Seong Hee, have a strange and unhealthy dynamic. Seong Hee is obsessively controlling, dictating every aspect of Yeong Ra’s life, from how she behaves to how she interacts with men.
At home, Da Jung invites Ji Hyuk to dinner. He happily accepts and even decides to move back in. When he asks about his father, he learns his father is too busy studying for an upcoming exam to realize Ji Hyuk has returned. Sang Cheol, however, is furious to see him back so suddenly and demands that Ji Hyuk only use half of the house.
Eun Oh forms a bond with Sang Cheol, who reminds her of her late father. He once helped her when she was in danger, and they share friendly moments together. Ji Hyuk misreads these interactions as signs of danger, prompting him to frantically search for her with Seong Jae. But when Ji Hyuk finally arrives, Seong Jae has already found her, leaving Ji Hyuk looking overly worried and out of place.
As Seong Jae spends more time with Eun Oh, Ji Hyuk grows jealous. He even secretly follows them to a gaming café, unsure why he’s acting this way but unable to stop himself from wanting to know everything about her.
Later, Seong Hee invites Eun Oh to join her for a health checkup. Eun Oh is surprised but agrees, though she finds Seong Hee’s excessive kindness toward her strange.
“Our Golden Days” Episode 17 Trailer Breakdown:
Eventually, Ji Hyuk can no longer hold back his feelings for Eun Oh. Seeing her so close to Seong Jae pushes him to finally intervene.
Meanwhile, Da Jung’s mother-in-law is caught working and begs Da Jung not to tell her husband, afraid he’ll feel guilty that she has to work because he failed to keep his job at the company.
