The Adventure By Accident team must be reading KOCOWA+ because Madagascar made our list of the top four destinations they should visit next! Now that they are definitely in Madagascar, here are some local sites we hope they have a chance to visit.
Tsingy De Bemaraha National Park
A UNESCO World Heritage Site! This National Park is filled with dramatically carved landscapes of towering pointy plateaus, dry deciduous forests, and a long bridge spanning a deep valley that we hope the Adventure By Accident team will tackle head-on!
Avenue of the Baobabs
On the outskirts of Morondava, you will find the Avenue of the Baobabs (or the Alley of the Baobabs) where huge hulking tree trunks of Grandidier Baobabs line the road from Morondava to Belon’i Tsiribihina. This stunning wonder of nature is sure to surprise and awe our Adventure by Accident crew!
The Three Bays
We would love for the Adventure by Accident crew to visit many of the local islands, like Nosy Be and Nosy Sakatia, but a must-visit while on the mainland is The Three Bays. Also known as Les Trois Baies, this location is comprised of the Pigeon, Dune, and Sakalava bays that combine at one luxurious and beautiful location. We think it would be the perfect place for our traveling team to snorkel, Kite surf, and make sand castles!
