Time really flies because, as someone who waited for this drama ever since Kyungsoo’s casting last year, we are now in the final week of this action legal comedy “Bad Prosecutor“!

I am currently watching this drama and am also waiting for the last episode to air! If you’re here and haven’t watched “Bad Prosecutor” yet, I’ll give you five reasons to tune in before this week’s finale because I’m really liking how this drama promises to deliver us something we haven’t seen in recent legal K-Dramas.

1. A legal comedy action thriller about the crazy and chaotic Jin Jung

Knowing that we’ve all seen a lot of legal K-Dramas before and that some viewers may be growing tired of the genre, I’m relieved that “Bad Prosecutor” brings something unique to the table in the form of prosecutor Jin Jung’s crazy and chaotic personality!

Jin Jung is what sets “Bad Prosecutor” apart from the rest of the other legal K-Dramas because he’s not your typical prosecutor who utilizes the law to battle evil. Yes, Jin Jung wants to take down corrupt officials, BUT he is not afraid to use expediency and trickery to catch them. An intriguing aspect of this drama is that he is not scared to break the law in order to combat evil with evil. Like, in what other drama does the prosecutor falsify bomb calls to delay a flight, kidnap lawbreakers, and then flee from the prosecutor’s office to catch criminals? In fact, JIN JUNG is truly an iconic character.

2. Fast Paced 12 Episode Satisfying Drama

Does anyone else agree that the last thing they want to watch is a K-Drama with a boring storyline? For this reason, I enjoy this 12-episode fast-paced drama. A lot happens in each episode, so there’s never a dull moment, and the drama has a humorous tone that makes for a fun experience.

In the first ten episodes of “Bad Prosecutor,” viewers get to enjoy the show’s central premise as they see Jin Jung and his team work to penetrate the sanctuaries of the rich. There are two more episodes left, and I have no doubt that they will deliver a powerful conclusion to the drama.

3. The Relationship Development of A Ra and Jin Jung

In the first part of the series, we see that A Ra sunbae is so uptight that she only follows her superior and is super stressed by Jin Jung’s crazy antics. As the episode goes by and A Ra sees how corrupt the Prosecutor’s office is, we see how A Ra teams up with Jin Jung to fight evil.

She no longer stays away from breaking the law because she understands that fighting evil with evil is the only way to bring down corrupt and terrible individuals. A Ra is extremely adorable, both with Jin Jung’s team and with Jin Jung’s mother.

P.S. I’m really loving Kyungsoo’s chemistry with Lee Se Hee as partners fighting evil!

4. Interesting Supporting Characters (Special Mention to Coco)

The supporting cast in “Bad Prosecutor” is just as entertaining as the main cast. With the help of a hacker, a detective, a former gangster, and the cutest dog in the world, Coco, Jin Jung has assembled a team to assist him in his mission to fight evil.

Joong Do, Eun Ji, and Chul Ki are also in charge of the comedic vibes of the drama. It’s really fun watching these three together when they try to gather information and help Jin Jung solve cases. AND this cute furball, Coco, is in charge of the cuteness in the drama. I really love Jin Jung and Coco’s cute and soft scenes together!

5. Doh Kyung Soo

Yes, EXO Doh Kyung Soo alone is one of the reasons why you should watch “Bad Prosecutor.” He is one of the top idols turned actors, and this is also his first K-Drama comeback after 4 years, and you’ll see how Kyungsoo became even better as an actor!

As I mentioned before, the performance of Jin Jung is crucial to the success of this drama. Kyungsoo’s portrayal of Jin Jung displayed his versatility, range, and impressive visuals, which makes this a 10/10 drama.

Should I Watch “Bad Prosecutor“? And Where To Watch?

After listing the 5 reasons above, I think “Yes” is the only right answer. If you’re seeking a new kind of K-Drama that combines action, comedy, suspense, and the law then this K-Drama is definitely for you, and you can never go wrong with a Doh Kyung Soo project! I SWEAR.

You can catch “Bad Prosecutor” and binge-watch it all together ahead of the finale on KOCOWA!
