On the morning of August 8, a Korean media outlet reported that Han Ji Min and Choi Jung Hoon are in a relationship. In response, Han Ji Min’s and Choi Jung Hoon’s agencies confirmed they are dating and recently developed a romantic relationship.

The two first met in August last year when Han Ji Min appeared as a guest on “The Seasons: Choi Jung Hoon’s Night Park.” They sang a duet of Jannabi’s “A Thought on an Autumn Night” and “Spring to Love,” an OST from “Our Blues.”

During the show, Han Ji Min revealed that she is a big fan of Choi Jung Hoon and had even attended a JANNABI concert to support him. Choi Jung Hoon also shared that he invited Han Ji Min to “The Seasons” because he wanted a guest who appreciated his music.

Fast forward one year and the two are now in a relationship! Korean media are calling them a top noona-dongsaeng couple, as Han Ji Min is a top actress born in 1982 and Choi Jung Hoon is part of a popular indie rock band, born in 1992, making them a couple with a 10-year age difference. Han Ji Min is one of today’s top actresses, having made her entertainment debut in 1998. She has starred in multiple hit dramas across various genres, including the historical “Rooftop Prince,” the romantic comedy “Hyde, Jekyll, Me,” and the fantasy slice-of-life “The Light in Your Eyes.” Han Ji Min also recently hosted the documentary “Whales and I.”

Choi Jung Hoon is JANNABI’s vocalist and leader, who debuted in 2014 with the single album “Rocket.” The band is known for its heartfelt songs and has also contributed to various K-drama OSTs. Last year, Choi Jung Hoon became the host of the KBS music program “The Seasons,” where he and Han Ji Min first met.

“The Seasons” follows “Yu Huiyeol’s Sketchbook” and continues the legacy of late-night music talk shows on KBS that span over 30 years. The show is designed to encompass four segments, each reflecting a season of the year and hosted by different stars to deliver a unique experience, aligning with KBS’s tradition of naming late-night music programs after the hosting artist.

Jay Park was the first host last spring with “The Seasons: Jay Park Drive.” He was followed by Choi Jung Hoon in the summer with “The Seasons: Choi Jung Hoon’s Night Park.” AKMU continued the show with “The Seasons: Long Day, Long Night with AKMU” as the third season last fall. Lee Hyo Ri became the next host with “The Seasons: Red Carpet with Lee Hyo Ri,” and recently, Zico stepped in as the new host with “The Seasons: Artist with ZICO,” bringing his talent and expertise to the show as a respected producer and top hip-hop musician.

Aside from Han Ji Min and Choi Jung Hoon’s iconic collaboration on the show, there have been many more exciting collaborations throughout all the seasons of this music variety program!

In “The Seasons: Red Carpet With Lee Hyo Ri,” ASTRO Cha Eun Woo made a memorable guest appearance, showcasing his charm and versatility beyond his role as an idol when he performed 10 Minutes by Lee Hyo Ri!

Another standout moment in “The Seasons: Red Carpet With Lee Hyo Ri” was BLACKPINK Jennie’s appearance, where she and Lee Hyo Ri performed a captivating duet of “Miss Korea.”

In “The Seasons: Long Day, Long Night With AKMU,” Doh Kyungsoo made a special appearance, performing his heartfelt song “Somebody.” Additionally, he teamed up with AKMU’s Suhyun for a beautiful duet of “Rewrite The Stars,” creating a memorable moment for the fans.

Also in “The Seasons: Long Day, Long Night With AKMU,” Lee Sung Kyung made a delightful guest appearance, where she joined AKMU’s Chanhyuk for a duet of “Love Is an Open Door” from the “Frozen” OST.
