- Ju Ah’s world flips the moment she finds out her new project director is none other than Sang Cheol, the man she once half-jokingly labeled her “stalker” after one too many suspicious run-ins. The coincidences that once felt oddly fated now feel straight-up unsettling. The vibe shifts instantly, and Ju Ah realizes she’s going to have to face her boss with a whole new level of emotional baggage.

- Meanwhile, Jeong Han is hustling for votes at his local market as he prepares to run for market president against his longtime frenemy, Dong Ik. Nosy but warm-hearted, Jeong Han can’t bring himself to step aside not when the market means so much to him. But at home, things aren’t so simple. His wife Seong Mi is tired of him always choosing the community over his own family. When Jeong Han vents that Dong Ik’s wife supports him no matter what, Seong Mi feels a pang of guilt. She finally tells him she’ll back his campaign but only if he’s truly confident he can win.
- Sang Cheol’s close friend Hye Soo, who also happens to be the company’s vice president, presses him about what’s really going on between him and Ju Ah. Sang Cheol admits she was his first crush and that it stings knowing she doesn’t even recognize him.
- Ju Ah grows increasingly uneasy after Sang Cheol becomes her boss, to the point where she even has a nightmare about him bullying her. But reality turns out to be the opposite. Instead of being cold or cruel, Sang Cheol is unexpectedly generous and considerate, leaving Ju Ah even more confused about how she’s supposed to feel.
- As the election heats up, both Jeong Han and Dong Ik go all in, turning the local market into a quiet battleground of pride, rivalry, and long-standing grudges.
- Hyun Bin gives Ju Ah a ride home, and on the way, he finds himself drifting back to the past to the day she saved him from bullies in a narrow alley. The memory brings back feelings he thought he had buried long ago. When he gets home, the entire family is gathered for a lavish dinner. His grandfather pushes him to take over the Korean medical clinic after his father, Dong Ik. The conversation quickly turns tense when Hyun Bin notices his stepmother, Se Ri, being overly submissive to both his father and grandfather. Having grown up in Argentina, Hyun Bin can’t hide his frustration with this old-fashioned dynamic, and his anger spills over at the dinner table.

- Back at the company, Ju Ah’s team is struggling witha losses. The vice president harshly reprimands the designers, including Ju Ah until Hyun Bin steps in like a knight in shining armor. He boldly suggests that the deficit might be the result of higher-ups stifling the designers’ creativity with rigid standards, calling out the system instead of blaming the people actually doing the work
- During a live shopping broadcast, while Ju Ah is presenting her new design, the zipper suddenly jams, and then rips completely, exposing her skin on live camera. Humiliated and shaken, Ju Ah suspects sabotage and reports it to the company. An internal investigation begins, and Hyun Bin actively helps uncover the truth behind what really happened.

- Ju Ah’s mother, Jeong Mi, moves back in with the family after living apart due to her workplace being too far from home. Ju Ah isn’t exactly thrilled about the sudden reunion, but she still helps her mom move her things. While picking up the last of Jeong Mi’s belongings from her old place, Ju Ah walks into an unexpectedly awkward situation, she catches a glimpse of a man taking a shower in the apartment. Turns out, the unit already has a new tenant. And that man is Hyun Bin, her boss!
- As Ju Ah spend more time with Hyun Bin with work, she realizes he sounds so much alike with her old friend from middle school. Collecting all the coincidences she encountered with Hyun Bin, she starts to wonder. When Ju Ah goes to her favorite restaurant around her neighbor and spots Hyun Bin there again, she confirms that her boss Hyun Bin is the same Hyun Bin from her middle school.
