“For Eagle Brothers” Episodes 3 & 4 Recap:

- Kwang Sook struggles to accept that her husband has passed away just 10 days after their wedding. She cries endlessly in disbelief. Her mother, prioritizing her daughter’s well-being, asks the brothers to excuse Kwang Sook from attending the funeral, as she was only part of the family for a short time. Furious at her mother’s suggestion, Kwang Sook insists on staying by her husband’s side until the very end.
- Dong Seok, a widower, visits the cemetery where his late wife is buried. There, he encounters Kwang Sook, who is grieving deeply for her own husband.

- Ok Boon, who used to lead Heung Soo’s fan club back when he was a K-pop star, coincidentally runs into him on the street and decides to join his dance class. When Heung Soo is overwhelmed by the loss of his brother, Ok Boon steps in to assist with the funeral arrangements. Now living an ordinary life as a community center dance director, Heung Soo finds it strange that one of his students is so willing to help him without any hesitation.

- Go Tak overhears that Jang Soo, the head of Eagle Brewery, has passed away. With ulterior motives, he begins plotting to take over the business to further his own ambitions. When Mi Ae learns of his intentions and the loss of one of the brothers, she is stunned.
- Ju Sil, Kwang Sook’s mother, insists that her daughter leave the newlywed home immediately. However, Kwang Sook refuses, vowing to live and die in the house she once shared with her husband, Jang Soo. Despite the brothers’ repeated efforts to persuade her to move on, Kwang Sook reluctantly agrees to leave, burdened with doubt and guilt. Before departing, she visits the brewery, drinks the alcohol she and her husband brewed together, and is found unconscious the next morning. This moment solidifies her decision to leave for good.
- With Kwang Sook gone, the brothers must now decide who will take over the brewery business.
- Ju Sil faces expulsion from the Golden Castle senior community due to her inappropriate behavior, including seducing married men.
- Mi Ae pulls out an old photo of herself, Go Tak, and the Eagle Brothers standing in front of the brewery. Pointing to a baby in the photo, she sheds tears and begs Go Tak not to buy out Eagle Brewery. Mi Ae and Go Tak share a complicated history with the brewery, having once worked there before embezzling money and fleeing. Now overcome with guilt, Mi Ae pleads with her husband to stay away from the business.

- Kwang Sook visits Dong Seok at LX Hotel, demanding compensation for ruining her wedding dress. Although Dong Seok had previously seen her at the cemetery, he had no idea she was there mourning her husband. Frustrated by her relentless demeanor, Dong Seok snaps and harshly remarks that her husband must have been unlucky to be married to someone like her.
- Everyone connected to Eagle Brewery finds it hard to believe that the business might be sold, as it represents generations of family dedication. Kwang Sook feels the same. She delves into the factory’s archives, reading through the history of the business and the notes left by previous generations. Inspired, she realizes that she must be the one to take over the brewery and rebuild and continue its legacy.

- Kwang Sook quits her job at the post office to take on her new responsibility as the brewery owner. She also moves her mother out of Golden Castle and brings her to live at the brewery. Pouring herself into her work, Kwang Sook follows her late husband’s notes to perfect the alcohol. She spends countless sleepless nights refining the recipe. After much effort, she finally creates a drink she feels proud of. Now, she just needs her business to succeed.
