“Live Your Own Life” Episode 32 & 33 Recap:

Myung Hee cannot believe her eyes when she sees her grandson Tae Ho in front of the villa where she is staying.

Hyo Sim is fuming after introducing Tae Ho to her mother. She cannot believe how her mother acted towards Tae Ho, and she is super embarrassed by it. She tells Sun Soon that she will never get married because her future husband will inevitably have to deal with Sun Soon. Hyo Sim declares never to see her mother again.
Tae Ho goes and meets with a retired cop who now works at a coffee shop. This cop was the last resort Tae Ho had to solve the mystery of his parents’ deaths.
Tae Ho starts to notice something odd about his cousin Tae Min. Despite being newlyweds, Tae Min seems to linger at the office well beyond regular work hours, almost as if he’s intentionally avoiding going home.
Myung Hee refuses to let her company crumble under the deceitful schemes of Sook Hyang. Determined to salvage her company and thwart Sook Hyang’s plans, she resolves to return and reveal her survival to everyone, urging them to spread the news that she was never dead.

Tae Ho takes Hyo Sim shopping and spoils her with clothes and accessories.
Tae Ho stumbles upon the unsettling revelation that his uncle, who happens to be Tae Min’s father, was the last person seen near the scene of his parents’ car accident. Tae Ho immediately goes to meet with Tae Min and asks if his father has anything to do with the accident.
With the realization that all the secrets may have come to light and Tae Ho possibly gaining full awareness, Tae Min accelerates his ascent up the corporate ladder with unprecedented speed, driven by the urge to gain more power.
Hyo Sim makes her way to the villa to help KKeut Soon search for her lost wallet. There she meets with Myung Hee, who is happy to see Hyo Sim. Myung Hee, knowing Hyo Sim is her grandson Tae Ho’s girlfriend, grabs Hyo Sim’s hand and inquires about her feelings for Tae Ho. Myung Hee is really glad that they seem genuinely in love and gives her two mufflers she knitted.

Motivated to reconcile with Hyo Sim’s mother, Sun Soon, after their last unpleasant encounter, Tae Ho discreetly pays her a visit, carrying a thoughtful gift. Unbeknownst to him, Myung Hee notices his departure and decides to follow. As Tae Ho senses a presence and turns around, disbelief washes over him as he gazes upon his grandmother—someone he believed was no longer alive.
