2022 is really the year of marriages for Korean celebrity couples and we’ve seen it with the amount of dating, engagement, and married news we’ve seen all throughout this 2022!
AND on the 28th of September, Namkoong Min (“Stove League,” “The Veil“) announced that he and his longtime girlfriend of 7 years, Jin Ah Reum is getting married next month! Namkoong Min confirmed through his agency that on October 7th, they will hold their private wedding in Seoul and his close friend, Jung Moon Sung, will act as the host of the ceremony!
Since the couple is well loved in South Korea and around the world, the news of their engagement has received a great deal of attention. After 7 months of dating, the couple decided to make their relationship public. They initially met in 2015, when Namkoong Min directed the movie “Light My Fire,” and they both worked in the film industry.
The two never fail to show their affection for each other in public. In a 2018 broadcast of the KBS variety show “Happy Together,” Jin Ah Reum talked about her relationship with Namkoong Min and his charm. She said that even though he has a strong villain image, he is actually a gentle person and has a lot of aegyo (cuteness) in him!
Just like his girlfriend, Namkoong Min also never fails to show his affection for Jin Ah Reum. Whenever Namkoong Min wins an acting award at award ceremonies such as in “2017 KBS Drama Awards” and “2021 MBC Drama Awards“, he always mentions how much he’s grateful to his beloved Jin Ah Reum for staying by his side and how much he loves her.
The two are really relationship GOALS.
