SBS’s new Friday-Saturday drama, “Taxi Driver 2” is about the Rainbow Squad and Kim Do Ki (played by Lee Je Hoon) who work together in a private revenge company disguised as a taxi company that completes revenge on behalf of those who are unjustly victimized. Based on a hit webtoon and inspired by the unprecedented concept of a taxi driver hunting villains, the “Taxi Driver” series caught viewers attention with its thrilling catharsis of good and evil. And last season’s viewership ranked fourth on SBS’s Friday and Saturday drama ratings, standing tall as a trusted hit.
On the 1st, “Taxi Driver 2” released a picture of Lee Je Hoon, Kim Eui Sung, Pyo Ye Jin, Jang Hyuk Jin, and Bae Yoo Ram, the five “Rainbow Squad Heroes” who provide multiple proxy services to victims who were unfairly treated. As the Rainbow Squad had disbanded at the end of season one, to each find their own way in life, viewers expectations are rising for a potential reunion.
