“Three Bold Siblings” Episode 17 & 18 Recap and Trailer Breakdown

Anyway, let’s highlight the key recap points from episodes 17 and 18 of “Three Bold Siblings”.

“Three Bold Siblings” Episodes 17 & 18 Recap:

• After So Rim finds out who Nam Soo has been cheating on her (with Ji Hye, her formal Pilates student!), she is beyond shock. And to make things worse, they are now all working at the same company. So Rim and Nam Soo act like they are strangers to each other, but So Rim can’t hide her sorrow.

• Yun Ho does not stop expressing his feelings toward Tae Ju. He visits her in the office to give her a gift, but Tae Ju strongly refuses his feelings and tells him that she and Sang Jun are in love.

• Sang Jun visits Tae Ju’s family home to officially announce their relationship. Jung Sook asks rather difficult questions to Sang Jun, but he seems like he is not bothered by it, since he really loves Tae Ju. Jung Sook suggests that they live in Tae Ju’s family home for the first two years of their marriage, and Sang Jun is delighted to hear this. They enjoy cuddling in Tae Ju’s room and ask her if he can sleep over. While they imagine the beautiful life ahead of them, Se Ran barges in and leaves everyone surprised. Jung Sook invited her. They all talk in the dining room, and Sang Jun publicly announces that he will live with Tae Ju. But a bizarre thing happens, Se Ran asks that Sang Jun live at Tae Ju’s place, and Tae Ju comes to live at Se Ran’s place. Sang Jun suggests otherwise, and Se Ran is super hurt to see her son so coldly reject her. Se Ran cannot get over this fact and tries to drive home – and encounters Gun Woo. Gun Woo helps Se Ran get home, but Se Ran refuses to tell Gun Woo why she is so sad. Guns Woo assists Se Ran to Hyun Jung’s café. Hyun Jung asks what happened, and Se Ran tells Hyun Jung, Gun Woo has kindly helped her come home. Hyun Jung stops Gun woo from going home and thanks him for helping Se Ran. Gun Woo flirts with Hyun Jung even though Hyun Jung is reluctant.

• Sang Jun happily lives in Tae Ju’s home and he is overjoyed even if he had to sleep on the floor. He is happy with just the fact that Tae Ju’s family accepted Sang Jun into the family, he doesn’t need anything else. Tae Ju and Sang Jun secretly meet in the living room to hang out with each other in the middle of the night. But, Se Ran and the rest of the family are worried that Sang Jun is not coming home. Se Ran plants Sang Jun’s manager and stylist to ambush Tae Ju’s home and give them a hard time so they can decide to send Sang Jun back home.

• Soo Bin calls Sang Jun to ask about the pieces of the ripped letter her father once burned. He asks if Sang Jun is the father and if he is possibly the hidden son that cannot be on the surface. (say whaaat?!?) Young Sik and Se Ran are seriously talking about the past that they have swept under the rug when Ji Woo barges in and asks what they were talking about.

• Se Ran suggests Young Sik to send Ji Woo to study abroad. (we don’t know what the family secret is yet). Then, when Soo Bin barges into the room, Young Sik tells him that he is Se Ran’s hidden son. Soo Bin’s jaw drops, but then Young Sik jokes about it and says that he watches way too many K-Dramas to even imagine something like that.

• Sang Min ambushes Tae Ju’s place and asks for Sang Jun. So Rim is super bothered by Sang Min at her home and asks her to leave immediately. Sang Min continues to ask for Sang Jun. Then So Rim brings a bucket of water to avenge her sister, who once got doused by Sang Min. But, by accident, So Rim ended up throwing the water at Eun Joo.

• Moo Young (CEO of the cosmetics company who has a crust on So Rim) is Hyung Jung’s old friend. Knowing that Hyun Jung once was a professional photographer, he asks her to shoot his product for a commercial.

• Now it’s Tae Ju’s turn to live in Sang Jun’s house. His family has prepared and planned a lot to put Tae Ju to the test, hoping that she will eventually run away from Sang Jun. They first make Tae Ju dress up in a hanbok, a traditional Korean outfit. Tae Ju doesn’t mind, and she is very optimistic and perseveres if this is what it takes to be Sang Jun’s future wife. Tae Ju works really hard to look good to the family. Seeing this, Sang Jun is heartbroken, but Tae Ju assures him that she is fine and will do anything for love, she is ready. Tae Ju even prepares to play Sang Jun’s father’s favorite song in front of the family.

• Hyun Jung invites Gun Woo to her café to treat him to dinner. Hyun Jung thanks Gun Woo for helping her sister and mother and cooks him a very nice dinner. There Gun Woo expresses his feelings towards her, again, and explains how he fell in love with her. They also share a little kiss.

• Sang Jun and Tae Ju officially register to become a legally married couple.

The Episode 19 Trailer Breakdown of “Three Bold Siblings” on KOCOWA!

Sang Jun and Tae Ju’s love grows deeper, Sang Jun does not hesitate to express his love, and he does it every time he gets the chance.

Sang Jun tells Young Sik that he is now legally married to Tae Ju. He makes sure Young Sik keeps this a secret.

Soo Bin tells Ji Woo that he might not be his biological brother. However, Ji Woo refutes it and tells him that if he is talking about the paternity certificate, that this belongs to him, not Soo Bin.

Sang Min gets caught secretly selling her brother’s used clothing offline to make money.

Jung Sook spots Se Ran with someone who seems to be her boyfriend. Jung Sook didn’t like the look of him and worries that he might be Tae Ju’s father-in-law.

Gun Woo asks Hyun Jung if he can sleep over at her café.
