Trailer Deep Dive: “Young Lady and Gentleman” Episode 51 Trailer Breakdown

*SPOILERS ALERT*

The recent episodes were again an emotional rollercoaster with so many changes in the storylines. Young Guk meets the new girlfriend, then breaks up, then goes back to Dan Dan. And Ana Kim is terminally ill, then Dan Dan finds out, and so much more!! It was a lot to take in with just two episodes, you agree, right?

Well, if you haven’t watched the last two episodes, let’s check out the highlights of episodes 49 and 50 of “Young Lady and Gentleman.”

• Dan Dan Surprised Everyone

Dan Dan surprised everyone by asking Young Guk to hire her again as the live-in tutor. Young Guk was shocked, just like everyone else, and reacts totally opposite to what Dan Dan was expecting. Young Guk politely asks her not to ever come to his place and explains to her that Jennie, Se Chan, and Se Jong are finally getting over her, but her intruding like that again will cause damage to the children again.

• Jun Oh and Mi Rim are Caught on Scene!

While Yeon Sil and Dal Lae were going back home, they spotted this couple showing a public display of affection. However, they don’t know that the two people showing affection to each other happen to be Jun Oh and Mi Rim! Yeon Sil and Dal Lae follow them and find out that they are even living together! They cannot believe what they are seeing. In fact, when Yeon Sil and Dal Lae were talking about this, Mi Sook overhears and is shocked to hear that Mi Rim and Jun Oh are living together! Mi Sook then swoops into Jun Oh’s place and can’t believe seeing it with her own eyes.

• Se Ryun Brings a Friend

Se Ryun brings a childhood friend to Young Guk. Ji Min is a long-time friend of Se Ryun’s, who has secretly liked Young Guk since high school. Ji Min asks Young Guk to buy them lunch, and there she talks about fun episodes she remembers when she was young and relentlessly shows her love to Young Guk

• Dan Dan is Distraught

Young Guk and Ji Min met again after Ji Min asked Young Guk out officially. Coincidentally, when Young Guk and Ji Min were leaving, they spotted Dan Dan. Dan Dan couldn’t believe what she was seeing. Young Guk and Dan Dan share very awkward hellos and just pass by. After this incident, Hyun Bin confesses his feelings toward Dan Dan and asks her out. However, Dan Dan firmly refuses…

• Dae Ran Sneaks in

Dae Ran, now has nowhere to go, plus all her credit cards don’t work; she is starving and homeless. So, she decides to just sneak into Young Guk’s place and tries to stay there as long as she doesn’t get caught. When one of the housekeepers finds an empty bowl that had bibimbap, her suspicion starts to grow. Then she tells Young Guk if he had anything to do with the bibimbap bowl and, of course, he is clueless.

• Young Guk Introduces Ji Min to the Kids

Young Guk introduces Ji Min (his new girlfriend) to the kids. Young Guk doesn’t know that Se Chan has called Dan Dan to tell her that they will be having lunch together at a restaurant the kids and Dan Dan used to go to. When Young Guk is introducing Ji Min to the kids, he spots Dan Dan crying outside the window. He rushes out to talk to her, but she’s already gone. Young Guk confesses to Ji Min that he still has feelings for another person, and also, Ji Min honestly tells him that she is not ready to raise three kids.

• Young Guk Wins Dan Dan Back

Young Guk regrets the situation that he put himself in with Dan Dan. He asks his close friend for advice to win Dan Dan back. Then, as cliché as it may sound, Young Guk’s friend tells him to throw a romantic surprise where you put lots of balloons in the back of the trunk. Dan Dan reluctantly shows up and sees what Young Guk has for her. When he opens the trunk, she can’t help but laugh. But she keeps herself calm and tells him that the way he proposed is so old-fashioned. Then Young Guk comes up with another idea and tells her that he will run 50 laps for her. But still, Dan Dan leaves him

• Young Guk Takes Dan Dan to Catholic Church

Dan Dan is still adamant about not changing her mind, so Young Guk takes Dan Dan to a Catholic Church. He confesses all that he has done wrong to Dan Dan all this time and expresses his true feelings toward her. She slowly accepts…

• Dae Ran Sobs in Tears

After Dae Ran got kicked out of Young Guk’s place, due to her stealing Young Guk’s biological mother’s ring, she sneaks in to secretly live in his place. After Dae Ran gets caught, she confesses why she had to steal the ring. Se Ryun begs Young Guk and asks if Dae Ran can just live in his place under the condition of cutting down Dae Ran’s allowance to 50%

• Yeon Sil is in Shock

After her suspicion toward her husband grows, Yeon Sil goes to visit Ana Kim. She finds Ana Kim and Soo Chul together, and they go grocery shopping. Yeon Sil breaks down in tears and cannot believe that Ana Kim did not leave to go to the States. Yeon Sil swoops into the place where Soo Chul and Ana Kim are staying and asks what is going on. Yeon Sil breaks down, and Dan Dan also barges in and sides with Yeon Sil, telling Ana Kim to disappear and never return. Soo Chul comes clean and tells Yeon Sil about how Ana Kim is terminally ill. Yeon Sil still doesn’t understand

• Soo Chul Asks For a Favor

Soo Chul asks Yeon Sil if she can show decency to Ana Kim until she fully recovers from her cancer. Soo Chul asks Yeon Sil for a favor so that he will be away with Ana Kim until she gets the surgery she needs.

Trailer Breakdown for Episode 51 of “Young Lady and Gentleman”:

I thought I was done with the tears after episode 48, but I was totally wrong. Ana Kim coming into the picture again just breaks my heart. I am so conflicted between empathizing with Ana Kim or Yeon Sil. Let’s find out what will happen in the next and final two episodes of “Young Lady and Gentleman.”

Young Guk takes Dan Dan to have lunch, where she meets Ana Kim.

Yeon Sil finds Soo Chul gone in the middle of the night.

Mi Sook visits Gi Ja in prison, where Gi Ja asks where her daughter, Sa Ra, might be.

Cha Gun and Sa Ra hold hands and look happy as a couple, and Cha Gun asks Sa Ra to move to Vietnam with him.

Cha Gun proposes and says he will be responsible for the baby and Sa Ra and will do his best to provide good welfare for them.

Yeon Sil finds Dan Dan at Ana Kim’s place and gets disappointed by the fact that Dan Dan lied to come to Ana Kim’s.. Dan Dan explains that she feels bad for Ana Kim, even though there still is hatred toward her.
