Everything That Happened in “Our Golden Days” Episodes 25 and 26

Here are the highlights of episodes 25 & 26 of “Our G o lden Days” starring Jung Il Woo, Jung In Sun, and Yoon Hyun Min.

After Ji Hyuk finally confesses his feelings, Eun Oh doesn’t respond the way he hoped. The hurt from the wedding incident still lingers, and she has changed. With grace but firm conviction, she tells him they’re not meant to be. Ji Hyuk is crushed and blames himself, but he pushes forward throwing himself into work, meetings, and building his business with even greater intensity.

Meanwhile, Yeong Ra meets a potential match approved by her mother, while Ji Wan waits outside in the car. When he spots them holding hands, he frowns, confused and frustrated, maybe from worry, maybe from jealousy. The man genuinely believes their marriage is already set and even hands Ji Wan a $100 “tip” for driving Yeong Ra, which Ji Wan refuses, stunned and offended.
Ji Hyuk soon receives huge news: a major construction company plans to invest $10 million in his startup. Sang Cheol worries it’s all happening too fast, but Ji Hyuk brushes him off, unwilling to hear doubts from anyone.

Sang Cheol and Eun Oh’s quiet friendship also continues to grow. He opens up about his regret, once promising to send Ji Hyuk to study abroad, then breaking that promise when his own father fell ill. Sang Cheol assumed his son would understand, but the wound never healed. He now sees Ji Hyuk as someone hardened by resentment and obsessed with money. Eun Oh listens, empathetic. She opens up, too, revealing she was adopted and has always wondered whether she was abandoned or lost. Their shared vulnerability brings them closer.
Meanwhile, Seong Hee waits for Eun Oh to register her DNA. Her plan all along has been to manipulate Eun Oh emotionally, letting Eun Oh “discover” her identity instead of revealing it herself.

Seong Jae also confronts his own feelings. He tells Ji Hyuk he won’t confess to Eun Oh because he now realizes what he felt wasn’t love, but admiration. But his resolve is shaken when Su Bin confesses her feelings to him. To him, she’s still like a little sister, making things even more complicated.
Eun Oh eventually submits her DNA, acting on a mix of fear, regret, and hope.

At home, Seong Jae faces pressure to marry again. He failed his marriage once at 23 and doesn’t want a second marriage to fail again. When he discovers the list of “potential brides” was chosen by his stepmother, Seong Hee, he begins to suspect there’s more going on.
Just as Ji Hyuk prepares to take his company to the next level, everything collapses, the big investment falls through at the last minute. His world shatters as the future he imagined suddenly disappears.

Then comes the call Eun Oh has been waiting for, she has a DNA match. She learns she wasn’t abandoned, but lost as a child. She meets her biological mother at the police station… only to find Seong Hee standing there. They lock eyes. Seong Hee breaks down dramatically and collapses, leaving Eun Oh frozen in shock.

Su Bin asks Seong Jae to date her just three times before deciding how he feels.
Yeong Ra secretly hangs out with Ji Wan and starts tasting real freedom for the first time.
Seong Hee continues her act, desperate to win Eun Oh’s sympathy, not out of love, but to secure a liver donor. And kind-hearted Eun Oh may fall for it.
