Shout out to all the “Running Man” fans out there who are dying to know what this article is about!
KOCOWA is teaming up with KOCCA (a South Korean governmental agency that oversees and promotes the advancement of the Korean content industry) to have a booth themed around fan favorite K-Dramas and the top-rated and long-running Korean TV show, “Running Man”, at the 10th Anniversary KCON LA 2022 event taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from August 19-21, 2022.
KCON LA 2022 is the world’s largest fan celebration of Korean culture and music. The event launched in Los Angeles in 2012. It features an entire convention center to explore K-Pop, K-Drama, K-Beauty, K-Food, and beyond through engaging panels, an expo overflowing with innovative products and idol appearances, KCON LA 2022-exclusive programs, and artist engagements giving fans a chance to meet their favorite K-Pop stars—along with star-studded “M COUNTDOWN” concerts featuring K-Pop legends alongside the hottest rookies in the industry.
KOCOWA is very excited and is honored to announce that we will be at the KCON, not only to celebrate and participate in this great event but also to give you guys extra entertainment.
During the dates of August 19-21, we will have a booth with fun games and challenges that you’ve only seen on “Running Man”! As many people know, “Running Man” is one of the most beloved and most highly talked about variety shows all over the world, and we thought it would be a great opportunity to mimic some of the games played on “Running Man” at KCON 2022.
BUT, it won’t be fun without you KOCONUTS! We would like to invite you to join us at our booth (#1354) if you will be there in person, and if not, no worries! We would like to virtually invite you to join us on social by playing games and engaging with audiences by using the #KOCOWAatKCON #RunningManChallenge.

- Stay In The Frame Game:
Players in this game must keep various parts of their faces (like a smile) in the frame for 4 consistent shots while other players try to prevent them. In the booth, the camera will move to various angles, and in the at-home version, users are encouraged to place their phones in different spots to capture photos.

Smiling, Heart Hands, Emotional, High Kick!
- Trivia Challenge:
Players will be challenged to answer as many Running Man trivia questions they can in :30. Players in the booth will get bubble blasted for incorrect answers, and players at home will be entered into a sweepstakes to win for correct answers.
- Blindfold Pour:
Each group picks a representative that is blindfolded and pours water into a cup placed on other team members’ heads. Each person takes a try and the person who fills the cup the most without spilling wins. In the booth we are using glitter, players at home can use whatever they would like!
- K-Drama Mama: Act out the name of your favorite KOCOWA K-Dramas ala charades and see who can guess it. Can your social followers guess?
- Two Truths and a Lie K-Drama Style: We know some of these shows can be a bit, errr, over the top. Convince us of two real plots and one fake plot to some of your favorite shows.
- Be The Star In Your Favorite K-Drama! Use the magic of technology to insert yourself into some of your favorite KOCOWA dramas!
