Some stars win over fans’ hearts right from the beginning of their mesmerizing stage performances. Some didn’t, instead, they mysteriously win them over the moment they speak.

During her first performance, Fan Masters were not too impressed with her singing. Ye-Ji didn’t gain enough fans from both the audience and Fan Masters (only Yoo Hee-Yeol decided to become her fan), but she was given a chance to participate in the second round by the people who have voted for her online.
Yoo Hee-Yeol was sure that Ye-Ji will do well this time and reminded Ye-Ji right before her second performance that he was the only Fan Master who wanted to become her fan after her first one. Ye-Ji responded by sending him cute hearts.
Ye-Ji injured her back before her performance. She had to drop by the clinic to receive treatment for her back after the rehearsals. But that alone wasn’t enough to stop her from impressing her Fan Masters!
All four Fan Masters were drawn in by her performance and became her fan. BoA also talked about how much star potential she has, and that she would want to try making Ye-Ji a star if she’s a producer.
Lyricist Kim Ea-Na fell in love with how Ye-Ji pointed her finger during her dance and asked her if she could do that again. In which, adorable Ye-Ji did that again shyly.
Seeing huge improvements from Ye-Ji’s first performance, Sang-Min was amazed and asked if she had a twin sister.
And of course, Ye-Ji’s excellent performance gave Yu Hui-Yeol the opportunity to brag about how he already knew that she had huge potential since the beginning. He started by criticizing the other Fan Masters for changing their minds suddenly, deeming that they weren’t true fans. However…
He said what he liked most from her second performance was her ponytail.
That stunned the rest of the Fan Masters as Ye-Ji had the same hairstyle the last time. BoA told him that Ye-Ji had a ponytail for her first performance and began doubting if Yu Hui-Yeol was really a fan.
Despite that, Yu Hui-Yeol remained firm and told Ye-Ji to remember that he’s her initial fan.
Ye-Ji may not have gotten far in “The Fan“, but by the end of her second performance, all Fan Masters were certain that she would do well in her idol career.
