I’m sure that 100% of the reason you’re so into Lee Jong Suk and Lim Yoon A right now is because you’re watching the MBC noir “Big Mouth,” and you can’t get enough of the two. What if I told you that after reading this, you’ll fall for Jong Suk and Yoon A more?
As a huge Lee Jong Suk and Yoon A fan for years now, there are a lot more things that I loved from the two that I’m sure will make you love them even more! Let’s not drag it out any longer, here are the reasons for the Lee Jong Suk and Yoon A CRAZE
1. They Are Currently Starring as a Married Couple in a K-Drama
A married couple? YES. The two are introduced as a married couple right away, allowing viewers to witness their incredible chemistry as a pair. I have met several K-Drama couples, and I can say that none of them compare to these two. Curious as to why?
I really loved the dynamics of former high school sweethearts to married couples, and they have been with each other for 16 years! They also have the “I’m gonna do everything” for each other, and I LOVE THAT. The funny thing is, despite the fact that there isn’t much romance in “Big Mouth,” and most of their encounters were mainly flashbacks, we can’t help but root for these two because of their chemistry!
2. This Marks Lee Jong Suk’s First Drama After His Military Service
As you may remember, Lee Jong Suk has been out of the spotlight ever since he entered the military in 2019. Time really flies, and he’s been back in Korea for over a year now, having wrapped up filming on the MBC drama “Big Mouth” and a cameo in “The Witch 2”.
I’m sure a lot of others feel the same way I do about Lee Jong Suk’s absence from Korean dramas.
3. Yoona Being The Idol of Idol Actresses
getting the attention she deserves as an actress because she’s a huge reason I got into K-Pop and K-Drama in the first place.
With her recent dramas, films, MC gigs, variety show appearances, and idol comeback, Yoon A has solidified her position as one of the best idol actresses. Yoon A has already proven this year that she is the very definition of booked and busy.
She’s had two movies that premiered this year, had a comeback with her girl group SNSD (which finally gave us our first look at idol Yoon A in 5 years), has one ongoing drama, two more films in the works, and is currently filming a drama opposite Lee Jun Ho. Aside from them, Yoon A has also been organizing end-of-year festivals and award presentations. Wow, Lim Yoon A is really the idol of all idol actresses.
4. Best Actor and Actress Who Have Proven Their Range
Lee Jong Suk
Lee Jong Suk has achieved international fame and is widely regarded as one of the finest actors of his time. He became a household name after starring in a string of successful TV series, earning him to be a Hallyu Star!
So, let’s discuss Lee Jong Suk’s spotless filmography. His first acting role was in “Princess Prosecutor” starring Kim So Yeon and Park Si Hoo. The supporting roles he played in “Secret Garden” alongside Hyun Bin and Ha Ji Won, and in the MBC comedy series “High Kick,” helped him break out into the public eye.
Do you want to know what part Jongsuk played in his big break? It was when he co-starred with his real-life best buddy Kim Woo Bin in the coming-of-age film “School 2013“! Since then, he’s been in other great shows, including “I Hear Your Voice” with Lee Bo Young, “Doctor Stranger” with Jin Se Yun, “Pinocchio” with Park Shin Hye, and “While You Were Sleeping” (personally, this is my fave) with Bae Suzy.
Lee Jong Suk is THAT ACTOR because he has been nominated for and won numerous Best Actor and Excellence Awards for his many performances.
Lim Yoon A
The visual center of the nation’s girl group, the Girls’ Generation is known for her different kinds of talent from acting, singing, dancing, wits, hosting, and a lot more. The actress-idol has risen to prominence and now boasts a lengthy resume of critically acclaimed films and television series.
Yoon A first appeared onscreen in a supporting role in an MBC drama back in 2007. KBS “You Are My Destiny” was the show that launched her career. Starting with Kwon Sang Woo in “Cinderellaman,” Lee Beom Soo in “Prime Minister and I,” Hyun Bin in “Confidential Assignment,” Jo Jung Suk in “EXIT,” and many more, Yoon A has been working with experienced actors. Aside from her Korean success, Yoon A has also acted in a successful Chinese drama.
Yoon A’s acting has been recognized with a number of nominations and awards, attesting to her talent. Yoon A is undeniably one of the best idol actresses nowadays.
