“Three Bold Siblings” Episode 13 & 14 Recap and Trailer Breakdown

*SPOILER ALERT* I was actually relieved to see Sang Min wail! It serves her right!

Let’s highlight the key recap points from episodes 13 and 14 of “Three Bold Siblings”.

“Three Bold Siblings” Episodes 13 & 14 Recap:

• Tae Ju meets Sang Jun to go join him in the family meeting, where his younger sister introduces her soon-to-be husband, prosecutor Bae. Tae Ju was a bit apprehensive, so she went to the bathroom, and she met Prosecutor Bae, who was once her patient, and introduced him as a rookie actor. They share small talk, and she goes back to the bathroom. There she meets Sang Min, who is shocked to see Tae Ju in the same building. Tae Ju congratulates Sang Min on her marriage, and Sang Min is appalled that Sang Jun has invited her. Sang Min then brings a big water bucket to pour over Tae Ju’s head. Tae Ju, who didn’t want Sang Jun to worry, lies and says that she is feeling ill and won’t be able to join him in the family meeting. Sang Jun tenaciously asks her what’s the matter, and he finds out that Sang Min has done terrible things to Tae Ju.

• Eun Joo put the pieces of the torn letter together that she found in Young Sik’s studio. Once all the pieces were together, she was shocked to see what was said in the letter. Hyun Jung abruptly enters the studio, and Eun Joo quickly hides the letter. However, Hyun Jung saw the letter and couldn’t believe what she was reading, like, “Is my son doing okay? Please send me the money. I still haven’t received it. Is it okay if I visit your place?” Eun Joo tells Hyun Jung that these letters are props for the photo shoot, to escape from the situation. Eun Joo cannot ever break the promise she has made with Se Ran. (We can infer that this letter has something to do with Se Ran)

• Sang Jun, worried sick, visits Tae Ju’s home to check up on her. However, he didn’t know Yun Ho was invited and was helping out with chores at the house and happened to have an awkward encounter. Tae Ju’s father, Heang Bok, insists that Sang Jun stay for dinner, which ends up with two men, who both have feelings for Tae Ju, staying together for dinner. Meanwhile, Jung Sook gets a phone call from Se Ran. Se Ran wanted to deeply apologize for Sang Min’s bad behavior. Jung Sook now finally knows why Tae Ju had such a high fever. She was furious and went back to the dinner table and confronted Sang Jun about it. Jung Sook quickly grabs a water bucket to throw at Sang Jung to take revenge on Tae Ju. Sang Jun was willing to take it, and in the midst of it, Mal Soon stepped in front of Sang Jun and got water all over her.

• So Rim happens to take over the strange man’s class due to the designated Pilates teacher being absent that day. He told So Rim that he always wanted to avoid her class since her class was very well-known for being very hardcore. They both bantered and finished the class with laughter. Then the scene switches to his workplace where he happens to be the CEO of a very successful cosmetic company. Ji Hye enters the office to talk to this CEO, and is informed that he is her father! (So, to explain things a little bit, Ji Hye is the new girlfriend of Nam Soo who harshly dumped So Rim. Then Ji Hye’s father happened to be So Rim’s Pilates student….!!)

• It is D-day for Sang Min’s wedding. Sang Min cannot hide her excitement now that she will be spending the rest of her life with someone she loves. There, Ji Hye’s couple attends to congratulate Sang Min. Sang Min is an acquaintance of Ji Hye, and Ji Hye once gave away her Pilates lessons to Sang Min. So Rim is also there to just give Sang Min a small present because it is the Pilates Studio’s tradition to give their students who are getting married a gift. Everyone was occupied getting ready for the wedding, but Sang Min’s soon-to-be husband, prosecutor Bae nor any of his guests, are anywhere to be found. People start to vastly worry, but Sang Min is clueless. Sang Min calls prosecutor Bae to find out his whereabouts, but the phone number is no longer in use. Sang Jun tries to find out what’s happening and ends up finding her sister faint on the ground.

• Sang Min gets in a taxi to go find prosecutor Bae at his workplace. But when she actually requested to meet prosecutor Bae, a middle-aged man came to meet her. Sang Min came to a realization and found out that she had been playing all this time. Tae Ju tries to help out with Sang Jun’s family because that con artist visited Tae Ju’s hospital as a patient. In hindsight, Sang Jun realizes that con artists might have held a grudge against Sang Jun and planned all this to take revenge.

• Coincidently, that con artist visits Tae Ju’s hospital once again to get a health checkup. She asks him what he came to the hospital for, and that he wants to be at his best before being the replacement actor for his play. He hands her several tickets to his show, and Tae Ju thinks this is a great chance to notify Sang Jun’s family. Tae Ju, Se Ran, and Sang Min all go watch the play that the con artist is playing in and are all waiting for the right moment to ruin his stage performance. Sang Min, who has passed her threshold, breaks onto the stage and grabs him by his neck. The con artist pushes Sang Min and Se Ran punches him in his face. The whole stage became chaotic real quick.

• When Sang Min still cannot get over the fact, Se Ran summons everyone and suggests going on a family trip to release all this stress. Sang Jun then brings up Tae Ju and how he is taking this relationship very seriously and wants to eventually ask her to marry him. Se Ran is in shock and worried at the same time due to Sang Min’s animosity toward Tae Ju.

• Tae Ju has booked a ticket to go to an art exhibition with Sang Jun. But senseless Sang Jun totally forgot and made another plan with the family. Tae Ju was a bit disappointed but understands that he needs this family trip. But, on the day Sang Jun was going on the trip, there was pouring rain. Sang Jun then visits the art exhibition with a huge umbrella to share, which surprises Tae Ju. Of course, Tae Ju is clueless and takes many pictures to share with Sang Jun later on. But what a coincidence. Yun Ho was also at the exhibition! Yun Ho approaches her, and they are both surprised to find each other there. Sang Jun happens to encounter this scenery and is a bit irritated by it.

Sang Jun tells Tae Ju that he is officially going to meet with her family

Eun Joo shares the news about Sang Jun officially going to meet Tae Ju’s parents with Se Ran.

When Hyun Jung visits the hospital for a checkup, she meets Gun Woo, who happens to know her from somewhere.

So Rim invites her student/CEO of the cosmetic company to eat with her at her father’s curry restaurant.
