“Three Bold Siblings” Episode 29 Recap and Trailer Breakdown

There was only one episode that aired this weekend due to the year-end award shows, but one episode was more than enough! 

Let’s highlight the key recap points from episode 29 of “Three Bold Siblings”.

“Three Bold Siblings” Episodes 29 Recap:

• Sang Jun is worried sick because Tae Ju is not answering any of his phone calls nor any of his messages. No one else knows the whereabouts of Tae Ju. When Sang Jun went down to the parking lot to check, he found her unconscious. He hurriedly holds her and calls the ambulance. Even when all the medics were trying to wake her up, Tae Ju didn’t move a bit. Young Sik tries to find out the cause of Tae Ju’s accident by checking all the footage in the apartment. He assumes it was because of Jang Mi, and he tells this to Se Ran. Se Ran resents Young Sik, and the reason for all this trouble was because he didn’t clean up all the mess in the past. Se Ran confronts him and asks what he will do with the money that was supposed to be sent to Jang Mi to keep her mouth shut about Sang Jun’s secret baby. Young Sik is fuming that she is blaming things on him and that Se Ran only seems to care about her son Sang Jun.

• Young Sik and Eun Joo try to find physical evidence of what had happened to Tae Ju and they find a poker chip on the staircase. Sang Jun and Young Sik’s family live in a very affluent neighborhood where it is very strange to find a poker chip. Young Sik infers that the old habits of Jang Mi are coming back (she once was an obsessive gambler)

• Tae Ju is hospitalized, still unconscious. Sang Jun’s family visits the hospital to check on Tae Ju. Sang Jun stayed by her side, hoping she would wake up soon. All of Tae Ju’s family rushed to the hospital in tears. Hyun Jung soon arrived, too, to check up on Tae Ju. When it was just Hyun Jung and Gun Woo in the room, Hyun Jung tells him that Tae Ju might have overheard their conversation in the café. And maybe that’s why she was shocked, and then the accident happened. Tae Ju knows about Hyun Jung’s pregnancy, and if Tae Ju overheard the conversation, she can infer that the father of Hyun Jung’s baby is her young little brother, Gun Woo, which is a huge bombshell. But, Gun Woo does not know about Hyun Jung being pregnant. Gun Woo comforts Hyun Jung and says it is okay if Tae Ju knows about them becauseTae Ju is the kind of person that will support him no matter what. When Gun Woo offers Hyun Jung a drink, she retches, and Gun Woo, being a doctor, finds this really strange and tries to help her, but she rejects him coldly.

• Yun Ho had a good start with his upcoming documentary project. When it was time to meet the investor, they all of sudden turned him down and tell him it is because there is a rumor going around Sang Jun that it can be very detrimental if Sang Jun is the host of the show. The damaging scandal was that Sang Jun once had a girlfriend when he was a rookie, and they had a baby together. But, when he became famous, he dumped her and sent her overseas with compensation and made her promise she would never return. Yun Ho doesn’t believe this rumor, but he remembers seeing this strange message saying this happened.

• Sang Jun shows surveillance camera footage to Se Ran and Young Sik and asks why Jang Mi bumped into Young Sik the same night Tae Ju was found unconscious. Sang Jun is furious and is about to call the police on Jang Mi, but both Se Ran and Young Sik stop him. Sang Jun finds it odd that they are super uncooperative and asks if they are hiding something from him.

• Tae Ju finally wakes up, but something is a bit strange. Tae Ju doesn’t recognize who Young Sik is…

• So Rim, becomes a full-time worker at the company where Moo Young is the CEO. Moo Young asks when she will stop giving him the cold shoulder, and he has no faults because he has been truthful the whole time. He told So Rim before that he was a CEO of a company and that he has a daughter. From his perspective, he never lied to her. But in So Rim’s perspective, everything was just too overwhelming to take because he was the CEO of the company she is currently working for, and his daughter was once her Pilates student. When they both were having a serious talk, Moo Young’s daughter spots them and finds out that the girlfriend of her father she has been looking for all this time…was So Rim.

Tae Ju doesn’t seem to remember parts of her past, and she asks Sang Jun to sleep separately.

Jang Mi asks Eun Joo if she was ever deceived by Young Sik.

Jang Mi approaches Ji Woo and gives Ji Woo her personal phone number telling him that she is his biological mother.

Moo Young and So Rim get in the elevator together, but So Rim seems so sick. To make things worse, the elevator stops, and So Rim collapses.
