“Three Bold Siblings” Episodes 36 & 37 Recap:

• Gun Woo spends his time at Hyun Jung’s place to be by her side. However, Gun Woo’s family is totally against this idea and bursts into Hyun Jung’s place to persuade Gun Woo. Both families have an altercation about whose fault it is. Gun Woo is very adamant about raising the kid together with Hyun Jung, but Hyun Jung believes this complication between the two families will even tire her more. She asks Gun Woo to leave and doesn’t mind her and the baby. Gun Woo leaves in tears.

• Sang Jun hands Tae Ju the divorce papers and asks her to see him at court after 4 weeks. Ji Woo eavesdrops on their conversation and tells Tae Ju that Sang Jun has to make this decision because of him, even though he is still in love with her. Tae Ju asks for further explanation, and Ji Woo reveals that he is Sang Jun’s secret biological son. Tae Ju keeps telling Sang Jun that this can’t be true, the Sang Jun she knows is not capable of being involved in such a mistake.

• Ji Hye visits Hyun Jung to ask for a favor. Ji Hye once saw Hyun Jung in her parent’s wedding album, so she thought it would be a great plan to ask Hyun Jung to contact her biological mother to get back again with Mu Young. Ji Hye expresses her worries that Mu Young is really falling for So Rim and that her current boyfriend, Nam Soo, told her how dangerous So Rim is. Hyun Jung tells Ji Hye that So Rim doesn’t seem like a dangerous person, but Ji Hye is already so sure of what she heard from Nam Soo. (You are totally deceived by Nam Soo!!!!) Then Hyun Jung tells Ji Hye something, that she really needs to respect her father, Mu Young, and just support his decisions.

• Nam Soo is on the verge of getting fired from his company after the CEO found out about his misconduct. So, he goes around the company and meets with people that might help to prevent him from getting fired. He talks with one of the team leaders and tells her that he knows about how she used her connections to become a team leader so fast. Nam Soo uses this as a weapon and asks her to use her power to not get him fired.

• Tae Ju meets with Young Sik to find out more about Sang Jun and Ji Woo. Tae Ju asks for Jang Mi’s phone number and also asks for help to get the DNA test done to see for herself, but Young Sik strongly refuses to cooperate on both. Tae Ju is slowly gaining back her lost memories and finally remembers who pushed her down the stairs. Now that she is certain that Jang Mi pushed her, she wants to meet with her and ask her questions. However, Sang Jun cannot have Tae Ju more in danger and asks her never to meet with Jang Mi.

• Tae Ju returns back to her office after slowly gaining back her memories. One of the nurses tells Tae Ju that her brother Gun Woo quit a few days ago. Hyun Jung found out about this and calls Gun Woo to ask where he is and he is somewhere far from where he used to live. Hyun Jung relentlessly asks him where he is, but he keeps deflecting. Then, when Gun Woo is about to cross the crosswalk, Hyun Jung hears through the phone about someone getting in a car accident.

• Hyun Jung rushes to where Gun Woo might have had the car accident and asks Mu Young for help since Gun Woo is not answering his phone. In the process, So Rim found out and asked around for help. When Hyun Jung, So Rim, and Mu Young finally arrive at the hospital they think Gun Woo is in, they see Gun Woo walking on two feet. Gun Woo wasn’t hurt at all, thankfully. He just couldn’t pick up the phone because he had to help the person who got into the car accident. Gun Woo was far away because he wanted to buy this particular food that Hyun Jung used to like. Hyun Jung was relieved and very touched at the same time.

• Nam Soo, with malintent, spread rumors online about So Rim and Mu Young. Ji Hye found out about this, and they both talked about the situation. So Rim genuinely gives Ji Hye advice to stay away from Nam Soo.

• Hyun Jung and Gun Woo ask Gun Woo’s family for their blessings. Even though everyone was against it at first, after Hyun Jung adamantly tells them she really loves Gun Woo, Jung Sook reluctantly asks for them to move into Gun Woo’s home. They finally accept Gun Woo and Hyun Jung as a family.

• Young Sik and Jang Mi meet up privately and share a strange conversation. Jang Mi asks Young Sik how he feels about this act that he has been putting together for  a long time. (Was all of this part of Young Sik’s plan?…)

• Sang Jun’s manager found something strange. He was desperately waiting for the DNA result, but he finds out later that someone else has signed the package for him and received the package. However, Sang Jun’s manager never signed anything himself, but the package was handed to him. He checks the surveillance footage and finds out that it was Young Sik that signed the package instead.

• Sang Jun tells Tae Ju’s family about his secret. Jung Sook is beyond shocked and resents Sang Jun. However, Sang Jun later finds out that Young Sik is acting strange. Then to make things even more complicated, Sang Jun gets a call from Jang Mi. She tells him that Young Sik was lying the whole time and Sang Jun was deceived. Ji Woo is not Sang Jun’s biological son. (WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!!!?)
