When Dae Bum and Se Ryeon met at a club, it was literally love at first sight! The pair was inseparable and willing to defend their relationship in front of anyone. After some misunderstandings and heartbreaking opposition from both families, they were forced to break-up. It wasn’t until Se Ryeon met a two-timing fiancé and took a trip overseas that her authentic love with Dae Bum became even more real. They are irreplaceable to each other, even if they are on and off-again.

Sa Ra’s (Park Ha Na) never-ending lies were simply not enough to move Young Guk’s heart! She earned a second chance at love after his hiking accident, but she blew it over and over again. From her mistreatment of the children to her concealment of her true personality, Sa Ra’s actions were a complete mess! She consistently lied to Young Guk (Ji Hyun Woo) about the nature of their relationship, and he still failed to develop any romantic feelings for her.

It’s very apparent to the viewers that Dan Dan (Lee Se Hee) and Young Guk are soulmates. They met early in life and reconnected several years later. Following his amnesia-inducing accident, their undeniable chemistry is so dynamic that Young Guk’s heart recognizes her before his brain remembers their previous relationship. The only thing that stalled their amazing attachment appeared to be good communication. When they openly expressed their feelings with each other, everything was great. Dan Dan and Young Guk enjoyed sweet dates and joint outings with the children. She even happily shared updates about the kids with him on a daily basis. When they held back and let unnecessary gossip and misunderstandings infiltrate, they lost quality time together. This is an unfortunate fact before and after his hiking accident.
Abandoning your family to seek wealth will reap disastrous results.
Anna Kim (Lee Il Hwa) seemed absolutely heartless when she abandoned her husband and baby during her youth. So far, we know she was anxious to explore life in a big city instead of the restricted existence in a small town. Fast forward decades later, she accidently reunites with the family she left behind. However, the twist seems to be that her health may be deteriorating, and forgiveness from her daughter and ex-husband is close to impossible. Like many K-dramas, there is a possibility she’ll have to pay for her wrongdoings through a series of hardships. On the other hand, her daughter’s stepbrother Dae Bum has decided to find happiness in love and wealth with Se Ryeon. His mother Yeon Sil has a prominent greed streak in her, and Dae Bum’s recent actions is a result of his upbringing. Nonetheless, the fact that he leaves his family for periods of time will probably create a bumpy road for him.
