3. Tag a friend for an additional entry.
Five winners will be randomly chosen & contacted on Tuesday, OCT 8, 2024 through Instagram direct message or Twitter direct message. Winners must respond by Friday, OCT 11, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST to redeem their prize.

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. It is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Wavve Americas, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively referred to as “Employees”), as well as their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrants(“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of wavve Americas, Inc. as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on September 26, 2024 at 6:00 PM PST and ending on October 3, 2024 at 6:00 PM PST. All entries must be received by October 3 at 6:00 PM PST.
4. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting only once in the comments of the “BOSS RIIZE” post on KOCOWA+’s official Instagram or Twitter. Only one entry can be submitted. Exceptionally, you may submit an additional entry by tagging a friend.
The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of wavve Americas, Inc. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of wavve Americas, Inc.
5. Prizes: Five (5) winners of the Giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive a signed poster from the “BOSS RIIZE” cast. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by wavve Americas, Inc. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at wavve Americas, Inc. discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for wavve Americas, Inc. to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of wavve Americas, Inc. five(5 winners) will be chosen:

Winner will be notified by ‘direct message’ within three (3) business days following the selection of the Winner. wavve Americas, Inc. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
