Kwang Sook is confirmed to be pregnant, and everyone comes together to celebrate the wonderful news. Dong Seok gently informs the Eagle Brewery staff that Kwang Sook needs plenty of rest, no matter what.
Meanwhile, Bum Soo teams up with Se Ri to help get Dokgo Tak out of prison. Mi Ae finally opens her heart to Se Ri and Bum Soo, even joining Se Ri to babysit Ha Ni — a big step in showing her acceptance.
Dong Seok begins having issues with his vision, noticing frequent blurriness. He decides to get it checked out. After undergoing an eye exam, Dong Seok is diagnosed with an age-related eye condition.
Dokgo Tak agrees to meet Mi Ae for the first time since his arrest — because it’s her birthday. With a wall between them, they share a quiet, emotional conversation. Mi Ae mentions that the Eagle Brewery employees wrote a letter of appeal on his behalf, though Dokgo Tak still disapproves of her relationship with Bum Soo.
While Se Ri is babysitting Ha Ni at the brewery, a stranger barges in and startles her — it turns out to be Bum Soo’s ex-wife. She came to say goodbye to Ha Ni before going abroad to study. Though it’s difficult, Se Ri tries to empathize, remembering what her own mother, Mi Ae, endured with Gang Soo.
On Mi Ae’s birthday, Gang Soo surprises her with a cake and a gift. Mi Ae is moved to tears, deeply touched that he remembered her special day.
Dong Seok tells Kwang Sook he has a business trip to Tokyo — but it’s a white lie. In reality, he’s being hospitalized for more tests related to his vision. While looking for the baby’s ultrasound photo in his room, Kwang Sook finds his passport and becomes suspicious. She calls Dong Seok’s secretary, only to realize she was in on the lie. Rushing to the hospital, Kwang Sook finds Dong Seok recovering from eye surgery. Wanting to keep his promise to stay healthy and youthful for their baby, he had hoped to handle everything quietly.
Kwang Sook later visits the OB-GYN and finds out she’s expecting twins. The couple is over the moon with joy.
Bum Soo continues to visit Dokgo Tak in prison, vowing to get him released, but Dokgo Tak says he’s ready to accept his sentence. He only asks that Bum Soo take care of Se Ri and Mi Ae in his absence.
When Dong Seok learns that he’s going to be a father of twins, he throws himself into decorating the nursery with excitement.
Even in Kwang Sook’s absence, Eagle Brewery continues to thrive thanks to the efforts of Chun Soo and his wife. Once the brewery turns a profit, Kwang Sook decides to fairly share ownership with the brothers. Right after making this heartfelt decision, she goes into labor and gives birth to healthy twins.
Dokgo Tak is eventually released from prison. On his first day out, he heads straight to Eagle Brewery to sincerely apologize to the brothers, especially to Kwang Sook.
Bum Soo proposes to Se Ri, asking if they can return to their life together before moving into Eagle Brewery. They even begin planning their wedding.
The entire family — including all the brothers — gathers to celebrate the twins’ 100th day. The celebration becomes even more joyful when Bom and Gang Soo reveal that they’re now a couple.
The families grow closer than ever, supporting one another through both sorrow and joy.
