As a K-drama fan for many years, I’ve come across numerous Korean dramas, and if we’re going to discuss a drama that ranks in my top 10, then “Be Melodramatic” definitely deserves a mention!

It’s rare to find a well-crafted romantic comedy that uses a ‘drama within a drama’ concept as effectively as this show. The entire 16 episodes unfold like the production of a drama itself, executed with brilliance.

I think it’s really brilliant how the main couple in this series is a writer and director as they are the backbones of a Korean drama. Through them, we got to witness the intricate process of producing a K-drama, from the conception of an idea by the writer to casting choices and the eventual broadcast. Additionally, the couple exhibits maturity in handling their relationship.
3. Loveable Supporting Characters
