BTS, now in their 9th anniversary since their debut, vowed a new start as the members looked back on their journey over the past nine years.

BTS held a “Proof” Live on YouTube to mark the 9th anniversary of their debut on the afternoon of the 13th and had a memorable time with ARMY members from around the world.

BTS is Performing Live Again

BTS started the live performance with “Born Singer,” the first CD track of their new album “Proof”. The seven members sang enthusiastically to the band’s performance on the outdoor stage set, and this whole scene harmonized with the vast nature behind the members.

Anderson .Paak was there live with BTS on the stage of “Yet To Come” playing the drums. BTS thanked Anderson .Pakk, saying, “He made our stage special,” and Anderson .Pakk responded, “Thank you,” in Korean, and was happy that the collaboration was possible this time. “My son is actually a fan of BTS. That’s why I became an ARMY member,” he added.

BTS continued the performance by recalling how BTS’s “best moments” are “Yet to Come,” and conveyed that message as they sang throughout their live performance.

BTS’s Anthology Album is Already a Hit

“Proof” contains nine years of history since BTS’s debut and sold 2,155,363 copies a day after its release! As the new album is drawing vast attention whether it will be on the top spot on the Billboard 200 (album chart) and Hot 100 (single chart) or not, is up for debate, but all signs point to yes!.

BTS is on Stage Again

Additionally, fans in Korea are also very excited to finally see BTS performing on stage. It has been about two year and a half years since they performed on stage with the song “ON” from their  fourth full-length album “MAP OF THE SOUL: 7” released in February 2020.

BTS will appear on Mnet’s “M Countdown” on the 16th, KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank K-Chart” on the 17th, and SBS’ “Inkigayo” on the 19th.

Stream BTS Variety Shows on KOCOWA

I personally cannot wait to see BTS as K-Pop idols performing on stages. It has been just way too long. Meanwhile, we can also check out BTS exclusives that are on KOCOWA. Some of my personal favorites are “Rookie King Channel BTS” and “BTS Variety Chronicles”.

Watch BTS Before They Were Famous

In “Rookie King Channel BTS,” you can see the early stages of BTS when they were just rookies. Even though they are now world superstars, they were once fresh talent in the K-Pop idol industry just like everyone else. If you are a hardcore BTS fan, you shouldn’t miss “Rookie King Channel BTS” and see how the members grew their talents over time.

Watch BTS’s Never Before Seen Footage

Another personal favorite is “BTS Variety Chronicles,” where BTS members handpick the funniest scenes worth watching again among all SBS variety shows that BTS has appeared on. “BTS Variety Chronicles” aired for the Chuseok holiday special and contains footage ranging from their debut to the present, and it even has unaired footage of their interviews as well.

You sure do not want to miss any of these shows before we see BTS on the music programs!

Watch BTS’s Live 2022 Performances on KOCOWA

On the 14th, BTS announced that they will be taking a hiatus from group activities to focus on their individual schedules. On their official YouTube channel BANGTAN TV, the members had a one-hour long dinner party in an unscripted setting, where they talked about various topics and their plans for the future. Even though they are going on a break, they all finished shooting their upcoming appearances on different K-Pop music shows.

You can watch BTS performance LIVE on KOCOWA “Music Bank K-Chart” this Friday @5PM KST and “Inkigayo” this Sunday @3:50 PM KST. You get to watch their performances in REAL-TIME, ONLY ON KOCOWA!

Don’t forget to subscribe and stay tuned to KOCOWA to stream KOCOWA’s LIVE BTS performance on “Music Bank K-Chart” and “Inkigayo”!

I’m counting down my clock now!
