Let me correct last week’s trailer breakdown post. The last trailer left us with a huge cliffhanger when Dan Dan said the word “engagement,” and I thought this was Dan Dan and Young Guk’s engagement that she is confessing to Ana Kim! I thought, thank god the story is finally shifting to a positive, happy storyline, BUT IT WASN’T! They tricked everyone! Dan Dan was actually talking about Young Guk and Sa Ra’s engagement. So frustrating! Let’s discuss the highlights of episodes 25 and 26 of “Young Lady and Gentleman!” before we dissect the upcoming episode 27.
Episode 25 and 26 Recap:
- Reunited in Nam San Tower?
Dan Dan went to Nam San Tower but decides not to show up! She spots Young Guk standing with flowers but Dan Dan went to Nam San Tower but decided not to show up! She spots Young Guk standing with flowers, but she leaves in tears thinking this is the better decision for all of us. Young Guk is, however, waiting in the cold for Dan Dan, hoping she will come… After Dan Dan hears that Young Guk is still waiting, she rushes to take Young Guk back home, leaving him nothing but cold, harsh words…
- Se Ryun Barges in!
Se Ryun is relentless when it comes to love! She barges in while Dae Bum and his family are having breakfast. She begs Dae Bum that even if she has to downgrade her social class, she is willing to do anything to stay with Dae Bum.
- Young Guk Annouces his Engagement with Sa Ra
All the kids are devastated about the fact that their new stepmom will be Sa Ra. Young Guk kindly asks the kids to support his decision since he has been going through a lot lately with his amnesia. Se Chan, however, strongly refuses due to the fact that Sa Ra is the person who always discriminated against him with Se Jong. And as a result, Se Chan runs away from home…
- Young Guk’s Apology and Proceed with Engagement
Dan Dan finds Se Chan in Karaoke after he runs away from home. She then decides to convince the kids to respect Young Guk’s decisions. Young Guk was very touched after the kids told him that they had decided to accept the engagement after talking with Dan Dan. He then calls Dan Dan out and apologizes to her about aggressively expressing his love towards her. Then Sa Ra and Young Guk get engaged… his memories seem to come back!
- Things Get Complicated…
Se Ryun confides in Young Guk and tells him that she is madly in love with Dae Bum who is Dan Dan’s brother. Young Guk is startled because he has feelings for Dan Dan too…Anyhow, he reassures Se Ryun that as long as they both love each other, they should get married.
- Young Guk’s Memories are Slowly Coming Back
Young Guk’s past memories with Dan Dan and the kids are slowly coming back, and everyone is ecstatic except Sa Ra and Dae Ran. Sa Ra and Dae Ran are trembling with fear because they might get caught with all the lies that they planted.
- Young Guk’s Memories Came Back!
Young Guk remembers the time when Sa Ra confessed her feelings to him, and still, he rejects her. He is in rage and tells Sa Ra they were never in a relationship, nor did he ever have feelings for her. He cannot believe that he was lied to this whole time! After being in such distress, he slowly remembers all the times he had with Dan Dan.

There are so many revelations, lies, reminisces, ups and downs, screaming, and crying to take in just 2 episodes! Do you guys agree?!?! Now that Young Guk’s memories are back, can we finally expect some happy storyline??

Sa Ra and Dae Ran now need to come up with alternative plans since Young Guk’s memories are back. They are on the verge of getting into serious trouble after lying this whole time.
The kids believe that it is best for Dan Dan to become their stepmom and decide to become the bridge for their relationship.
Sa Ra’s ex threatens Sa Ra for money where the temporary chauffeur Cha Gun helps her get rid of him.
They didn’t show much in this trailer, which means we can assume so many things for the next two episodes! I mean, seriously, everyone has come a long way for Dan Dan and Young Guk’s happy ending. I hope we can see that in the next two episodes!
