What is it about: “Excellent Souls” was a successful band until the members went separate ways. Lee Min-Ki (Played by Lee Hong-Gi) is now the only member left in the band. After hearing news that his grandmother had passed on, he went to his hometown to pay respects for her. There, he learned that his grandmother has left him a plot of land that’s meant for farming. Min-Ki was ready to sell the land as soon as he finds out, but realizes that the land is only worth 20 cents. Min-Ki then finds out that he might be able to get rich by farming cabbages and selling them. This way, he’d be able to help his friends clear their debt and make an album with them.

 

Hongik Super

What is it about: Hongik Super is a small neighborhood supermart that sells everything that its customers need. How is this possible? The owner of Hongik Super, Na Jung-Boon (Played by Park Hae-Mi) possesses supernatural powers. She has the ability to predict the future so she knows what her customers are going to ask for. Supernatural powers run in her family, and she is planning to let her son Yoo Myung-An (Played by Lee Yi-Kyung) succeed Hongik Super. However, Myung-An doesn’t want to, and thinks that his ability is useless compared to his mother’s. A customer came one day, and asked Jung-Boon for things that she couldn’t foresee. Jung-Boon wasn’t able to give him what he asked for and that made her extremely upset. She decided to go on a long vacation and leave Hongik Super to her son.

 

Youth Syndrome
