“For Eagle Brothers” Episodes 35 & 36 Recap:
- Gang Soo learns the shocking truth: he’s not blood-related to any of the brothers in the Eagle Brewery family business. His world comes crashing down, but he chooses to keep it to himself—for now.

- Se Ri is staying at Eagle Brewery, where she confides in Kwang Sook that she feels she must atone for her parents’ past wrongdoings. Kwang Sook, though aware of the feelings between Beom Soo and Se Ri, knows Beom Soo is torn. His love for Se Ri is real, but he struggles with the guilt of being involved with his student. Kwang Sook visits Dokgo Tak, urging him to let go of his anger and accept that his daughter has fallen for Beom Soo. But Dokgo Tak scoffs, flat-out refusing—especially since Beom Soo comes from his rival’s company.
- Kwang Sook finally confesses to Cheon Soo that she’s officially dating Dong Seok. The guilt over her late husband and the weight of keeping it a secret had been overwhelming, but to her surprise, Cheon Soo congratulates her with a warm and genuine heart.
- Se Ri quietly slips away from Eagle Brewery without a word to Beom Soo. She finds a part-time job at a nearby convenience store, which conveniently includes housing.

- Gang Soo is devastated, reeling from the truth that the parents he’s always known aren’t his biological family. In his search for answers, he visits Mi Ae, who once worked at Eagle Brewery. Mi Ae reassures him—he was cherished more than any brother in the house. She believes his biological mother didn’t abandon him out of shame or hatred but because she had a compelling reason. Gang Soo quietly tears up and leaves, while Mi Ae sobs after he’s gone. When Dokgo Tak comes home and sees Mi Ae crying, his suspicions are piqued.
- Kwang Sook and Dong Seok’s relationship deepens, and they even discuss setting a wedding date. While Dong Seok is eager, Kwang Sook tells him there’s something more pressing: she needs to come clean about their relationship to the family.
- Just as Kwang Sook is about to gather the family in the living room to make her announcement, Cheon Soo’s ex-wife shows up at the door. Her sudden appearance stuns everyone. Despite her past, filled with deceit and betrayal, she now begs Cheon Soo to take her back. Her motives remain suspicious, especially since she once insisted on the divorce.
- Cheon Soo’s ex-wife eavesdrops on Ju Sil’s phone call and overhears a detail that sparks her interest—Kwang Sook might be the future wife of the LX Hotel owner. Sensing an opportunity, she decides to keep this information to herself.

- Meanwhile, Dokgo Tak finds an unfamiliar photograph in Mi Ae’s drawer. It’s a picture of a baby—clearly not Se Ri. Flipping it over, he discovers a name: Gang Soo. Realizing the missing pieces are coming together, he secretly arranges a meeting with Gang Soo and Mi Ae. Mi Ae is stunned when Gang Soo arrives at the restaurant.
- Dong Seok invites Kwang Sook and Ju Sil to an official family dinner, intending to introduce Kwang Sook as his partner. Ju Sil is overjoyed that her daughter has found someone who can support her emotionally and financially. But back at home, Cheon Soo’s ex-wife stirs the pot, blurting out Kwang Sook’s relationship with Dong Seok to the entire family. Most of the brothers, including Heung Soo, are blindsided by the news, misinterpreting Dong Seok’s past kindness as part of a ploy to win over Kwang Sook. Kwang Sook returns home to find the family in chaos and breaks down in tears, apologizing for the uproar.
